"State Farm IS the WORST company I've EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY ADULT LIFE ! I'm 62 years old. I drive a tractor trailer for UPS and run between Carlisle PA and NYC , 5 nights. Going to work in my 2018 Chevy Cruz I HAD to stop at a RR crossing near Mt Holly PA. Red lights were flashing , horn had sounded and the train was APPROACHING ! I was HIT in the REAR BY A STATE FARM DRIVER in a JACKED UP 1988 Jeep CHEROKEE. OH NO THE WORST WAS YET TO COME STATE FARM would not pay for the damage done ($13,000+) 1st estimate. They said it was totaled and SCREWED ME OVER ON THE VALUE OF MY CAR ! Claiming it was only worth $11,600 . They basically stole my car out from under me . I RAN the car 4 1/2 years , the car could have easily gone another 4-5 years. And have a paid off car. I RECEIVED ZERO COMPENSATION FOR THOSE LOST YEARS ! ALSO the whole ORDEAL took about 34 days , STATE FARM SCREWED/CHEATED me and Enterprise ON the RENTAL CAR Claiming that they only were required to pay for 21 days of rental. I bought my car new and it was well maintained . MY CAR WAS 30 YEARS NEWER THAN THE 1988 JACKED UP JEEP CHEROKEE. MY BRAKES HELD MY CAR AND THE IMPACT FROM THE JEEP FROM BEING PUSHED INTO THE PATH OF THE TRAIN. WELL FYI THAT DANGEROUS JACKED UP JEEP CHEROKEE IS STILL ON THE ROAD IN PA SO LOOK OUT FOR IT ! BOB KABBE was where I had to go to get the settlement check AND HE DID NOTHING TO HELP ME.......EXCEPT HE AGREED......YES ! YOU GOT SCREWED OVER ! STATE FARM CAN GO TO HELL.......is my opinion !"

"After over 15yrs with State Farm we found out our former agent in Dundalk had been charging us for numerous policies from our deceased father, she knew had passed. When we caught her she said there was nothing she could do. We were out thousands of dollars. It wasn't until we meet Bob our faith in State Farm was restored. Bob worked without the hope of our business but because it was the right thing to do. We have been appreciative clients ever since. That is one of many ways this office goes above and beyond. You see, it's not just Bob it's the entire office. The other day a wonderful women that works there took extra time to help me and get to the bottom of an error my mortgage company made during a refi. That time she took saved my mortgage from going up. Honestly, this review is more about Bob amd his employees then SF. I like SF, they pay their claims but I understand other places do to. What really sets them apart is this office. I don't know about you but I love when I call somewhere and say "this is Mrs.Wood " and they know who I am. This office has a big name to back it but it also possess all the qualities that you find in a small town, southern mom and pop style business . I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I only wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me because she deserves an extra thank you. I will update this when I do. Bottom line is this office is exactly the reason we moved to New Windsor. We like professionals that also provide personalized service and make you feel like your part of a small town community."
